Signing in

There's no password: we email you a sign-in link and code. If it hasn't arrived after a minute or two, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.

Notifications

Follow a venue to hear about its offers and events. You can turn notifications off from your profile, or in your phone's settings.

An offer wasn't honoured

The venue decides whether an offer's conditions are met. If a venue keeps refusing offers it published, tell us — we take that seriously.

Deleting your account

Go to your profile and tap Delete account. It's immediate and permanent. If you own a venue, email us instead and we'll remove it along with your account. What we keep, and for how long, is in our Privacy Policy.
