What happens when the trial ends?
We'll drop you a line to ask if you'd like to carry on. Nothing's charged automatically and there's no contract tying you in. If it's not for you, no hard feelings, just cancel.
What counts as a venue?
One physical location: a pub, café, bar, restaurant, studio or salon. Run more than one address? That's the Multi-venue plan, with every location under a single login.
I haven't got any followers yet. Is this any use to me?
More than you'd think. You don't start from zero. Auto-posting reaches your existing Facebook, Instagram and Google Business followers straight away, while your follow-us poster quietly grows your own regulars list on Crier alongside it.
How's this different from posting on Facebook or Instagram?
Different jobs. Facebook and Instagram let an algorithm decide who sees you; Crier notifies every follower and shows real redemptions, not just likes. And with auto-posting, you get both without lifting a finger.
How do I get my staff on board?
Generate an invite. No passwords needed. Scan the QR, send a link, or email it; all three land on the same one-tap join page. Managers create promotions and view results, staff scan and redeem. Add or remove people any time.
Do I need any special equipment?
No, just a phone. Crier's built-in scanner validates the QR on the spot. No separate app, tablet or card reader to buy.
Do you take a commission on what I sell?
Never. One flat monthly price: no commission, no fee per redemption, no cut of your takings. A busy promotion costs you exactly the same as a quiet one.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. The Crier app is free for locals, forever. Only venues pay, and only for the venue side of the product.
Can I leave and delete my data?
If you stop paying, nothing's deleted. Your venue just pauses until you're ready to pick things back up. Want to close for good? Email
