About us
Zappas launched in 1989 with our Bean Oak Road salon in Wokingham. Over 30 years later and the zappas brand is bigger than ever, with six stylish salons, two training academies and an award-winning hairdressing team.
Whether you are looking to update your hairstyle, change your hair colour or you're looking for a wedding hair specialist in Berkshire and Hampshire, the zappas stylists are experts in all aspects of hairdressing.
We also do exceedingly well when it comes to hair colour, boasting the highest number of colour technicians in the UK to have passed the prestigious L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Specialist degree course. We regularly enter and do well in the L'Oréal Colour Trophy Award which tests our colourists' colouring and styling skills and creativity.

Always a lovely experience having your hair washed, head massaged and styled but even better when all the stylists and salon assistants are incredibly friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Jasmine remembers our previous conversations and is always happy to advise on my constantly changing decisions about my hair. The colour and cut looks and feels amazing.
