Had a great date night here last Saturday, the service was excellent, very quick and attentive. The margaritas were delicious! We both enjoyed the food and we had such a wonderful time. Thank you so much! Especially thanks to Cloe who complimented my makeup! We hope to come again soon.
Such a cosy restaurant for spending time in the weekend. Very beautiful inside decorations and kind staff. Sophie was hosting us and treated very nice. The food is fabulous. We had a very good dinner here. The place is cozy and warm 🥰 Very friendly staffs and wonderful foods.
Excellent lunch today. Food was superb. The cod and chips were delicious...lovely light batter. As were the Caesar Salad and Scampi. The Apple and Blackberry Crumble Pie was amazing too. Our server, Jon, was helpful and efficient and a great asset to the restaurant. We were visiting from Scotland and will definitely return next time we're in the vicinity.
Oct update - Saturday afternoon visit - unfortunately not such a pleasant experience on this visit, even though restaurant was empty a table for 2 could not be accommodated. Menu was very limited so opted to go elsewhere where had excellent service. Disappointing taking into account marketing emails! Had not visited this place for a few years, was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service all the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The food was delicious, best I've had in ages. I went on a Saturday afternoon would be interesting to see if weekday service is as good. Went back to try Sunday Roast and was not disappointed, excellent Gluten free options. Was reliably informed that the trio of roasts was equally delicious 😋. Update 9/4/24 new menu Excellent! Excellent service too, lovely atmosphere friendly and intimate. Burger delicious, lots more gluten free options had due of roasts with my very first gluten free yorkshire pudding yum! And the bakewell tart to die for. Will be going back.
