A lovely country pub. The girls who served us were very welcoming and friendly. Very relaxing and comfortable inside the pub and a nice, pleasant garden too. My wife and I had the roasts they were excellent. We Will definitely be returning.
First time at The Old Hatchet. We went for a few drinks and it was lovely. Staff friendly, place was very clean. Lovely decor and had an "Oldy world" feeling about it. Bathroom was squeaky clean too. Friend had a few picky bits to eat which she enjoyed.
Called in Friday lunchtime, quiet but what a lovely pub. Very friendly staff, great service, lunch ploughman's and scampi/chips sat outside in the garden.
Family Sunday roast highly recommend. Proper country pub, great music, lovely warm service, amazing food, well priced. All the food was fresh, piping hot, well presented and tasted wonderful. Thank you David and the team! We will be back to try out the “wings Wednesday!”
Stopped off here for a Sunday Roast after a visit to Windsor. The roast was good but the service was a little lacking. Staff were lovely but kept forgetting to bring things so a bit hit and miss really. Nice ambience though.
