My son who has Down Syndrome is increasingly anxious about getting his haircut. It’s been a source of stress for everyone concerned. I was a bit sceptical trying something new as we’ve tried SEN friendly places and not been successful. But our sessions with Leala (& Snoopy the cutest Bulldog) was truly magical! She could not be more attentive, patient and caring - especially when my son was struggling to transition and ‘trust what was going to happen.’ Leala, was brilliantly positive and accommodating and managed to get a fantastic cut! My son is thrilled and already saying ‘again! again’. It is a higher price than you would pay for a cheap kids cut at a busy barbers - but it’s excellent value for money considering how much time attention and care goes into the experience ( as well as the haircut). I couldn’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to go back!
Went here after having endless problems getting my son’s hair cut without him hating the experience and screaming the place down. Called up and got advice from them about the best service and it went perfect, no screaming and he actually liked it. Well with trying if you are having similar issues. Gaz was amazing, will definitely be coming back. Can’t recommend enough.
I think I’ve had my best haircuts here. Laila fitted me in for a last-minute haircut and was friendly and chatty throughout.
Took my boy here for the first time , hair cuts are such a challenge event for him but bulldog Barbers is a game changer. Duke was so welcoming and most of all was brilliant. He was so patient with my boy and did an excellent hair cut. I booked the send room for 30 minutes and it made me and my son feel at ease knowing we had our own space for his hair cut! Will definitely be coming here from now on. If you have children with special educational needs this is the best place to come! High recommend and thank you so much for giving my boy a fresh trim!
